GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We encourage customers to ask questions first. It is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about the compatibility of an item before ordering if unsure.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund of the original purchase price less the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. Packages received thirty (30) days after original shipment date may not be accepted and may subsequently be returned at the customer’s expense.

Credit cannot be issued for electric or electronic parts that have been installed.

We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping and handling costs unless the return is due to an error that we made or a mistake on our site.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please repack the tray securely back in the box using the original packaging.

VERY IMPORTANT! - Be sure to enclose a copy of your original receipt and note stating that you are returning this item for a credit.

Please be sure the package is insured- we are not repsonsible for lost or broken items .

Once we receive the tray back in it's original condition, we'll then post a refund to the card you originally used for the purchase minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
