Thanks for the great customer service! I got the wrong item the first time but you fixed it immediately. You didn't wait to investigate who's fault it was or what happened. You just fixed it. It turns out that you just shipped the wrong part number the first time but many companies would have made this a difficult process. You just sent the right one and didn't make me go through hoops to return the wrong one. The correct item came fast and fits perfectly! Thank you so much for the unbelievable service you provided me when I ordered a replacement turntable for my GE microwave. I must admit I had called GE first and was told they no longer made them for my appliance. Then when I called them back 1 hour later I got a recording saying they were closed (it was Friday at 10:30 AM). I then "googled" microwave turntable and found your website. Less than 24 hours later I had my order on my doorstep! I really couldn't believe it!
